POSEIDON 1750 Buoy Launched
Drawing on 20 years experience in manufacturing marine products, Sealite is pleased to announce the release of the new POSEIDON 1750 polyethylene buoy.
The product was designed and manufactured in response to customer requirements for a strong, low-maintenance buoy to suit the 5 & 6 nautical mile range of Sealite lanterns. The Sealite POSEIDON 1750 is manufactured from UV stabilised polyethylene, has been specifically designed to withstand the harsh marine environment, and boasts a huge 23mm wall thickness - making it one of the toughest polyethylene buoys on the market. The buoy has a 2.5 meter focal height (up to 3 meters with extension), and a 1.75 meter diameter. The flotation section of the buoy contains internal stainless steel cross braces, joining each mooring eye to the lifting eye, and ensuring maximum strength.
