Tilton, New Hampshire, USA – November 2017 — Sealite is pleased to announce the signing of a new distribution agreement with Hazelett Marine, to sell the company’s Conservation Elastic Mooring System. An advanced alternative over traditional ball and chain moorings, as well as boat moorings and dock installations, the environmentally friendly mooring options will be distributed to North, South and Central America, and the Caribbean.
The Elastic Conservation Mooring Systems can be used in a variety of applications with significant benefits for the marine ecosystem and the specific installation site. In all of its applications, including those for boat moorings, dock installations, wave/renewable energy installations and aquaculture farms, the Conservation Elastic Mooring System protects the marine ecosystem by eliminating chain drag on the bottom of the sea/lake/river. And unlike traditional chain and swivel moorings that face rust and corrosion issues, the eco-friendly mooring system has a service life of up to 15 years.
Hazelett Marine is the largest manufacturer of elastic mooring systems in the USA and the distribution agreement is a natural extension of the Sealite product line. “The Hazelett Elastic Conservation Mooring System complements Sealite’s product offerings in two ways. Sealite can now offer end-users an ecologically friendly mooring alternative when purchasing mooring buoys, and assist in incorporating more boats into the existing footprint of a mooring field. This can provide extra financial benefits to marinas, yacht clubs, resorts and other facilities. This distribution agreement is beneficial for everyone involved.” President of Sealite USA, Tara Stewart commented.
Darren Johnston, CEO of Hazelett Marine, commented about the distribution agreement with Sealite USA. “This partnership is a win-win for all parties concerned. Sealite’s extensive distribution network and mooring buoy product line will bring efficiencies to both companies and our individual customers while protecting valuable marine resources.”

As one of your new distributors (Belize and Honduras, Waller Marine Belize LTD), I would like to express my congratulations to you and your people in providing reliable, dependable and inexpensive products. Formerly we were distributors for a Canadian made product but these were found to be too expensive for the market and also offered only difficult and complicated programming. Our first order of lights from you (SL15 ™S) took only four days to arrive from Aussie Land, when I opened the box they were still flashing. I tested a SL60 (white) for four days (steady on) before it required a recharge…remarkable. I will be placing another order with Dana shortly keep up the good work.

We choose to sell Sealite … this is a long story, well we treat Sealite as our own and the relationship we have developed with Jeff and Chris and their attitude and commitment towards growing Sealite to this stage is remarkable. We feel at home when talking to them and the staff of Sealite and this in turn gives us more security and strength in selling products in India.

I just wanted to say thank you for the light and bracket Sealite supplied to Birkenhead Marina. As the other lights (old ones) need new batteries I will be replacing them with new lights from Sealite and the same brackets that you supplied with the light we received last week … Your product is excellent and the system of setting the light is good also. Thanks again for all your trouble.
