Local Manufacturing with Global Impact

Producing Sealite buoys in Europe shortens lead times, reduces shipping distances, and increases access to the most in-demand models. Local production also creates a smoother supply chain and more predictable delivery for projects across the region. Beyond Europe, the Tallinn operation strengthens the entire SPX Aids to Navigation network. It enables quicker responses to changing global demand and helps ensure Sealite products are available where and when they are needed most.

Advanced Production for Proven Performance

The Tallinn site integrates rotational molding technology and robotic automation to deliver precision, consistency, and durability across the full buoy range. Each product is molded from UV-stabilized virgin polyethylene in IALA-compliant colors to provide longevity and high visibility even in harsh marine environments.

“The Tallinn site reflects our commitment to manufacturing excellence and to being closer to our customers,” said Vahur Vahkal, Buoy Production Manager, SPX Aids to Navigation Estonia. “By producing in Europe, we are enhancing delivery speed, flexibility, and overall reliability.”
